As President and CEO of VRI, Maria has led her company to help clients gain organizational capability in Lean Six Sigma and continuous process improvement. With her experience and expertise, she has successfully assisted companies in transforming into more efficient businesses and realizing millions of dollars in cost savings.

She is a highly motivational leader dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. Her passion for her work is evident in her commitment to providing clients with the best possible service.

With over 30 years of experience, she can quickly understand customer needs and develop process improvements that achieve business goals.

Maria’s international and cross-cultural exposure has given her a broad perspective that helps her identify innovative solutions to complex problems. Her years of university teaching, shop floor and executive management experience have honed her problem-solving and change management skills.

Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St Louis University (Ph) and a Master’s degree in Statistics from Iowa State University (Ames, IA, USA).

She is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is highly sought after for her expertise in implementing, training, and executing Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Statistical Process Control.
